| HOW TO TEST YOUR pH |
| You can test your pH by putting the end of a short piece of pH test tape under your tongue getting it wet with saliva. Now all you have to do is check the color on the end of the test tape with the chart on the test tape holder. The pH of your saliva will fluctuate greatly during the day. A better test is to test your urine with the test tape, first thing in the morning when you get up. This will be your lowest pH reading. |
