| Some foods test acid but when eaten are alkaline forming foods. Grapefruit is a good example. Grapefruit will turn a test strip yellow but if you put a test strip under your tongue a few minutes after eating a grapefruit it will turn the test strip blue. From the list below, if you want to improve your pH, you will have to pic eighty percent of your diet from the alkaline and weak acid foods. |
