HOW MUCH CALCIUM SHOULD YOU TAKE
milk I am not a doctor or a scientist so I can not tell you how much calcium to take. On the other hand, there is no law that says I can not tell you what I would take.
The magnesium may be more important than the calcium. Some experts believe that we get all of the calcium that we need but that our bodies cannot absorb it. The magnesium is what helps us absorb the calcium.
