| MORE ABOUT pH |
One of the first things that happen when we die is the body turns very acid. The DNA stops working and the body starts decomposing. When your pH is below 6.5 your DNA is not working and you are aging rapidly. We need to keep our body pH as close to 7.0 pH, or better, as we can in order to function optimally, digest and absorb nutrients from our diet, and keep every cell as healthy as possible. Too often we are in a acid state. In an acid state digestion is difficult, cells are starving, and fatigue is taking over. By testing your pH several times a day you can find out where you're at and take steps to adjust your body pH back to a healthy state.
